Common use of Construction Manager’s Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Construction Manager’s Deliverables. The Construction Manager shall provide all project-related documents and correspondence required as part of the Scope of Work. Project-related documents shall be described, listed, and identified as part of the final revised cost proposal. Project-related documents shall include all documents that are in complete and final form and which have been accepted as complete by the Department, or documents in draft and/or incomplete form for those deliverables, which are in progress by the Construction Manager and have not been accepted as complete. All documents must be received and accepted before the settlement cost invoice is paid.
