CONSTRUCTION MANAGER'S FEE The. Construction Manager's Fee shall be #% of the Cost of the Work as defined in Article 8 and subject to adjustment as provided in Section 7.4. The initial fee amount is estimated as Amount in Words and No/100 Dollars $0.00 based upon the current estimated Cost of the Work of Amount in Words and No/100 Dollars $0.00. The fee amount will be adjusted to reflect the actual Cost of the Work as provided in Section 7.4 when the Guaranteed Maximum Price is accepted by the Owner and its basis shall be set forth in an Amendment to this Contract.
