Construction Manager’s Liability Insurance. 9.2.1 The Construction Manager will purchase and maintain such insurance as will protect him from the claims set forth below which may arise out of or result from the Construction Manager's operations under this Agreement whether such operations be by himself or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by him, or by anyone for whose acts he may be liable.
