Common use of Construction of Public Improvements Clause in Contracts

Construction of Public Improvements. The Subdivider shall construct and install according to plans and specifications submitted and approved (contingent or otherwise) by Planning Commission on October 19, 2016, all public improvements shown and set forth in the Final Plat for XxXxxxxx Farms Subdivision No. 1. Said construction and installation shall be a prerequisite to obtaining any occupancy permits. Subdivider's obligation to construct said public improvements shall not be conditioned upon the sale of lots in this Subdivision.
