CONSTRUCTION OF SERVICES. 5.1 The Developer agrees to construct, and to pay the entire cost of such construction and materials required for all of the works referred to in this Agreement and schedules attached hereto, and in accordance with the conditions and specifications contained in such Schedule. All materials supplied shall be to the specifications and satisfaction of the Director of Operations.
