CONSTRUCTION OF THE DISTRICT PROJECT. The District Project shall be constructed and maintained pursuant to the terms of the Redevelopment Agreement. The Developer shall be reimbursed for the costs of constructing the District Project from the proceeds of the Project Obligations as described in Section 8.
