District Project. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Developer, on behalf of the District, shall construct, or cause the construction of, the District Project in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and approvals.
District Project. A. The Project must be completed within two (2) years following the Effective Date.
