Construction Permit and Operating Permit Fees. (1) Construction Permit Fee Applicability – Any person or source required to obtain a construction permit under Article 2, Section 17 (with the exception of a construction permit obtained in accordance with Article 2, Section 17, paragraph (O)) shall pay a permit fee for activities included under paragraphs (D)(1)(a) through (D)(1)(e) below. Construction permit fees shall be charged according to the fee schedule established in Table 6-D-1 below.   • COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, LICENSES, PERMITS, AND INSURANCE POLICIES A. For each Term of this Agreement, Concessionaire shall obtain, pay for, maintain, and comply with all licenses, permits, certifications, authorizations, approvals, or any other documents required by all applicable government agency having jurisdiction over the Concession Premises or the conduct of Concessionaire's operations thereon. Concessionaire shall provide Department with written evidence that such applicable licenses, permits, authorizations, or other required documents have been obtained prior to commencement of the activity or operation covered by the license, permit, authorization, or other documentation. No operation shall begin until Concessionaire has provided such written evidence to Department.

  • Property Maintenance Maintain all of its property that is necessary to or useful in the proper conduct of its business in good working condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

  • Site Maintenance The authorized area shall be maintained in a neat, clean, and safe condition, free of any solid waste, debris, or litter, except as specifically authorized herein.

  • PARKING PERMITS A. Must be obtained on the day of move in.

  • Building Permit As soon as the Final Interior Plans have been approved by Landlord and Tenant, Landlord shall apply for a building permit for the Interior Improvements, and shall diligently prosecute to completion such approval process.

  • Early Construction of Base Case Facilities Developer may request Connecting Transmission Owner to construct, and Connecting Transmission Owner shall construct, subject to a binding cost allocation agreement reached in accordance with Attachment S to the ISO OATT, including Section 25.8.7 thereof, using Reasonable Efforts to accommodate Developer’s In-Service Date, all or any portion of any System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades required for Developer to be interconnected to the New York State Transmission System which are included in the Base Case of the Class Year Study for the Developer, and which also are required to be constructed for another Developer, but where such construction is not scheduled to be completed in time to achieve Developer’s In-Service Date.

  • MAINTENANCE OF CONCESSION PREMISES A. Concessionaire shall preserve and maintain the Concession Premises in good and clean condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Concessionaire is solely responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the Concession Premises.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • ACCESS TO PLANTS AND PROPERTIES Seller shall comply with all the rules and regulations established by Buyer for access to and activities in and around premises controlled by Buyer or Buyer’s customer.
