Synthetic minor source definition

Synthetic minor source means any stationary source that has its potential to emit limited by federally−enforceable permit conditions so that it is not a major source.
Synthetic minor source means a source that would be classified as a major source under OAR 340-200-0020, but for limits on its potential to emit regulated pollutants contained in an ACDP or Oregon Title V permit issued by DEQ.

Synthetic minor source means any source that has the potential to emit any regulated pollutant at levels that meet or exceed the major source thresholds defined in Article 2, Section 2, but has accepted federally enforceable limits to keep potential emissions below the major source thresholds, while maintaining the potential to emit at levels above the minor source thresholds defined in Article 2, Section 5, paragraph (A)(2).
