Common use of Construction Permits Clause in Contracts

Construction Permits. No construction, improvement, or development of any kind shall be permitted on any portion of the Property unless and until the Recipient has received approval from all necessary City commissions, boards, and departments, and has been issued valid and binding building permits. Further, no operation or occupancy of the Property may occur prior to the issuance of a full and binding certificate of occupancy.
