Common use of Construction Phasing Clause in Contracts

If phased construction is deemed appropriate and the Owner and Design Professional approve, the XXXX will review the design and make recommendations regarding the phased issuance of Construction Documents to facilitate phased construction of the Work, with the objective of reducing the Project Schedule and/or Cost of the Work.
