Common use of Construction Phasing Clause in Contracts

Construction Phasing. The construction could involve multiple phases of work. A project schedule will be developed by the Architect, but must be approved by the Program Manager. 2007 I-89 Bond Issue 2/25/11 Page A1 I-89 Architectural Contract Under the terms of this Contract, the Architect agrees to perform the work and services described in this Contract.
