Common use of Construction Pre-Requisite Clause in Contracts

Construction Pre-Requisite. ‌ The Concessionaire shall, before the commencement of the Works on the Works Commencement Date: (a) provide its plan for safety; (b) provide and maintain a reasonably furnished site office for the Independent Engineer at the Concession Area; (c) provide to the Independent Engineer and FBR, the Concessionaire’s Project Implementation Programme, which shall form the basis for monitoring the progress of the Works, and (d) furnish to FBR the Construction Performance Bond, in the form and content as provided in Schedule F [Form of Construction Performance Bond].
