Construction Requirements for all Alterations. For all Alterations of any Leased Property, the following shall apply and shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any other requirements that Landlord may impose on Tenant in connection with the making of any Alterations and, except as described in this Section 11.2, the following shall apply whether or not Landlord’s consent to the subject Alteration is required:
