Construction Service. All work requested by Tenant and approved by Landlord for the Tenant Improvement Work shall be performed by the general contractor selected by Tenant. Tenant shall enter into its own contract with the general contractor.

Construction Service. If, under this Agreement, professional services are provided during the construction phase of the project, Engineer shall not be responsible for or have control over means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures, or for safety precautions and programs in connection with the work; nor shall Engineer be responsible for the Contractor’s failure to carry out the work in accordance with the Contract Documents or for the Contractor’s failure to comply with the applicable laws, ordinances, rules, or regulations. These rights and responsibilities are solely those of the Contractor. Engineer shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions of the Contractor, subcontractor, or any person or entity performing any portion of the work. Engineer does not guarantee or warrant the performance of any Contractor and shall not be responsible for the Contractor’s failure to perform its work in accordance with the Contract Documents or any applicable codes, laws, rules or regulations.

For its entrusted constructions business, the Group enters into entrusted construction agreement with the government, carries out constructions of infrastructure projects and transfers them to the government upon completion. For the years ended 31 December 2018, 2019 and 2020, operating revenue generated from the Group’s construction service business was RMB251.3 million, RMB238.7 million and RMB197.6 million, respectively, representing 22.3 per cent., 16.4 per cent. and 10.5 per cent. of the Group’s total operating revenue for the same periods, respectively.

  • Preconstruction Services During the Design & Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall provide such design and preconstruction services as are necessary to properly advance the Project. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, during the Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall: (i) work with its Architect and any design consultants to advance the design for the Project in consultation with Client Agency, the Department and its Program Manager; (ii) obtain bids from trade subcontractors to perform the work described in the Design Development Documents and provide bid tabulations to the Department; (iii) engage in any value engineering and scoping exercises necessary to return the cost of the work to the Project Budget; (iv) engage in preconstruction activities, including identifying any long-lead items; (v) develop a GMP proposal for the Project; and (vi) enter into a GMP for the Project. Throughout the Design & Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall schedule and attend regular meetings with the Department, the Program Manager and the Architect. A list of preconstruction deliverables is set forth in Exhibit C.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Construction Work The regulation at 41 C.F.R. § 60-1.3 defines “construction work” as the construction, rehabilitation, alteration, conversion, extension, demolition or repair of buildings, highways, or other changes or improvements to real property, including facilities providing utility services. The term also includes the supervision, inspection, and other onsite functions incidental to the actual construction.

  • Construction, Etc Each covenant contained herein shall be construed (absent express provision to the contrary) as being independent of each other covenant contained herein, so that compliance with any one covenant shall not (absent such an express contrary provision) be deemed to excuse compliance with any other covenant. Where any provision herein refers to action to be taken by any Person, or which such Person is prohibited from taking, such provision shall be applicable whether such action is taken directly or indirectly by such Person. For the avoidance of doubt, all Schedules and Exhibits attached to this Agreement shall be deemed to be a part hereof.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection. 1.3.2 This Agreement does not constitute an agreement to purchase or deliver the Interconnection Customer’s power. The purchase or delivery of power and other services that the Interconnection Customer may require will be covered under separate agreements, if any, or applicable provisions of NYISO’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariffs. The Interconnection Customer will be responsible for separately making all necessary arrangements (including scheduling) for delivery of electricity in accordance with the applicable provisions of the ISO OATT and Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to, provide Energy, any Ancillary Services or Installed Capacity under the NYISO Services Tariff or any Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. If Interconnection Customer wishes to supply or purchase Energy, Installed Capacity or Ancillary Services, then Interconnection Customer will make application to do so in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff.

  • Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.
