Construction site employee. welder or mechanic/technician ▪ If an employee, in consultation with the employer, has taken a course for welders or mechanics/technicians and has been granted a certificate on completion of the course, the employer will give the employee a copy of this certificate. At the end of the contract of employment the employer will give the employee the original certificate.
