Continuing Professional Education. The Company agrees to pay reasonable costs associated with the continuing education requirements of maintaining the Executive’s professional designation, including related professional organization memberships, as well as seminars to advance the Executive’s skills. Such costs include the reasonable costs of seminars, travel, lodging and meals while attending such functions.

Continuing Professional Education. 6.3.1 Continuing professional education ▪ Continuing professional education is job-specific, that’s to say it is education that is necessary for the employee to be able to continue to perform his or her job well.
Continuing Professional Education. The Practice shall ensure that each Physician maintains competence in, and remains currently well-informed as to recent developments about, radiation oncology clinical protocols. Accordingly, subject to the Practice at all times providing sufficient Physicians to care for the needs of Patients, the Physicians shall attend seminars, keep current with journals and take other reasonable steps to remain proficient in the practice of radiation oncology. All seminars necessary to maintain licensure or competence shall be the responsibility of the Practice and the individual Physicians. At a minimum, the Practice shall ensure that each Physician participates in such continuing medical education as is necessary for the Physician to remain licensed.
Continuing Professional Education. Employee shall be entitled to a maximum of five (5) paid days per year to be used for continuing professional education. Employer will pay the cost of continuing professional education required to maintain the professional license(s) of Employee up to the amount of $2,000 per year, and provide reimbursement of usual and customary dues and license fees consistent with Employer's policies.

It is only after the senior members of the firm and the new staff members agree that sufficient training has been acquired that the new staff member is assigned to field work in which he or she is the sole firm participant in the field. In addition, our professionals routinely attend relevant national health care conferences to stay current with trends and issues. The Executive shall apply for all reimbursements hereunder for a particular calendar year not later than forty-five (45) days after it ends, and payment shall occur not later than two and one-half (2½) months after the end of the calendar year to which the reimbursable expenses relate.
Continuing Professional Education. Upon graduation and receiving certification as a Structural Medicine Specialist,™ the SMS™ agrees to complete a minimum of 48 hours of continuing education units (CEUs) each calendar year. Continuing Professional Education. The Company shall pay for or reimburse Jolas for all expenses incurred by Jolas in furtherance of Jolas' duties hereunder, including, but not limited to (i) all taxes, fees, dues, assessments, licenses, permits and franchises, applicable to attorneys licensed to practice law in the jurisdictions where Jolas currently is, or may be required to be, licensed to practice law, (ii) all fees, dues, assessments, and other costs associated with Jolas' membership in all bar associations, sections, and other professional organizations and groups, and (iii) all expenses associated with Jolas' attendance at or participation in continuing legal education seminars, programs or events, including, but not limited to, travel, lodging, tuition, books, meals, and other expenses relating to such continuing legal education events. Jolas' attendance at such continuing legal events shall not be deemed or accounted for as vacation or personal days/time.
Continuing Professional Education. The Company will support the Executive's annual continuing professional education (CPE) requirements of forty (40) yours per year. Accordingly, the Company will reimburse the Executive to attend such professional meetings and seminars, to cover expenses for materials, course fees, travel, lodging, meals, etc.
