Common use of Construction Supervisory Fee Clause in Contracts

Construction Supervisory Fee. The cost of the Improvements shall include a construction supervisory fee equal to one percent (1%) of the total cost of the Improvements payable to Landlord for the supervision of the construction of the Improvements.
