Common use of Construction Supervisory Fee Clause in Contracts

Construction Supervisory Fee. The cost of the Improvements shall include a construction supervisory fee equal to five percent (5%) of the cost of constructing the Improvements which shall be payable to Lessor from the Improvement Allowance.

Construction Supervisory Fee.
