Common use of CONSTRUCTION TEAM, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, AND DEFINITIONS Clause in Contracts

CONSTRUCTION TEAM, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, AND DEFINITIONS. 1.0 Contractor accepts the relationship of trust and confidence established between Contractor and the Owner by this Agreement. Contractor covenants with the Owner to furnish Contractor’s best skill and judgment and to cooperate with the Architect-Engineer in furthering the interests of the Owner. Contractor agrees to furnish efficient business administration and superintendence and use Contractor’s best efforts to complete the project in the best and soundest way and in the most expeditious and economical manner consistent with the interest of the Owner.
