Common use of Construction Testing Services Clause in Contracts

Construction Testing Services. a. We have estimated that these projects will require the utilization of construction observation and materials testing personnel over an 4 month time period. Should the projects be timed in a manner requiring the Jet Team to provide observation and testing personnel for more than 4 month, a supplemental agreement will be required. b. Specifications will be modified to limit concrete pours to a minimum daily length or cubic yard amount to avoid small batch testing.
