Constructive Termination and Termination by Employer other than for Cause. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Executive’s employment hereunder may be terminated by Employer without Cause and Executive may terminate his employment hereunder in the case of a Constructive Termination as defined in this section, provided, however, that in the event that Executive’s employment is so terminated, Executive shall be entitled to receive the following:
