Common use of CONSULTANT KEY STAFF Clause in Contracts

CONSULTANT KEY STAFF. The parties acknowledge that Consultant was selected by Town, in part, on the basis of qualifications of particular staff identified in Consultant’s response to Town’s solicitation, hereinafter referred to as “Key Staff”. Consultant shall ensure that Key Staff identified in Attachment C are available for Services hereunder as long as said Key Staff is in Consultant’s employ. Consultant will obtain prior written acceptance of Town Manager or designee to change Key Staff. Consultant shall provide the Town Manager with such information as necessary to determine the suitability of proposed new Key Staff. The Town Manager will act reasonably in evaluating Key Staff qualifications. Such acceptance shall not constitute any responsibility or liability for the individual’s ability to perform.
