Common use of Consultant No Agent Clause in Contracts

Consultant No Agent. Except as Agency may specify in writing, Consultant shall have no authority, express or implied, to act on behalf of Agency in any capacity whatsoever as an agent. Consultant shall have no authority, express or implied, pursuant to this Agreement to bind Agency to any obligation whatsoever. Further, Consultant shall not have authority to bind Agency for the payment of any costs or expenses without express written approval of Agency.
