Common use of Consultant Use of Work Product Clause in Contracts

Consultant Use of Work Product. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 12, Consultant may refer to the Work Product in its brochures or other literature that Consultant utilizes for advertising purposes and, unless specified otherwise in Exhibit A – Statement of Work and Delivery Schedule, Agency hereby grants to Consultant a non-exclusive, non- transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute copies of, perform and display Agency-owned Work Product on other unrelated projects, except for any “Confidential Information” protected from disclosure under the provisions of Section 13 below, pertaining to Confidentiality and Xxx-Xxxxxxxxxx.
