CLAIMS FOR OTHER THAN PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY. Consultant shall indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless the State of Oregon, the Oregon Transportation Commission and its members, the Department of Transportation, their officers, agents and employees from any and all claims, suits, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, of whatsoever nature, resulting from or arising out of the acts or omissions of Consultant or its subcontractors, or their respective agents or employees, under the WOC.
CLAIMS FOR OTHER THAN PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY. To the furthest extent permitted by Oregon law, Consultant shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the District and its officers, agents, and employees from and against all claims, suits, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of whatsoever nature resulting from, arising out of, or relating to the activities of the Consultant or the Consultant’s Consultants, partners, joint venturers, subcontractors, officers, agents or employees acting under or pursuant to this Contract or any supplement or amendment hereto.
CLAIMS FOR OTHER THAN PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY. CONSULTANT SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE STATE OF OREGON AND OWNER, AND THEIR OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES, FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, SUITS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS AND EXPENSES OF WHATSOEVER NATURE RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF CONSULTANT OR ITS SUB-CONSULTANTS, SUBCONTRACTORS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES UNDER THIS CONTRACT.
CLAIMS FOR OTHER THAN PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY. Grantee shall defend, save, and hold the City of Portland and its officers, agents, and employees harmless from and against all claims, suits, or actions of whatsoever nature, including intentional acts, resulting from or arising out of the activities of Grantee or its subgrantees, subcontractors, agents, or employees under this Agreement.
CLAIMS FOR OTHER THAN PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY. Architect shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Owner and its officers, board members, agents, and employees from and against all claims, suits, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of whatsoever nature resulting from, arising out of, or relating to the activities of the Architect or the Architect’s Consultants, partners, joint venturers, subcontractors, officers, agents or employees acting under or pursuant to this Agreement or any supplement or amendment hereto.
CLAIMS FOR OTHER THAN PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY. CONTRACTOR SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SALEM-KEIZER SCHOOL DISTRICT 24J AND ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES, FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, SUITS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS AND EXPENSES OF WHATSOEVER NATURE RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF CONTRACTOR OR ITS SUBCONTRACTORS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES UNDER THIS CONTRACT.
CLAIMS FOR OTHER THAN PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY. Consultant agrees and shall indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless the City of Scappoose, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from all claims, suits, or actions and all expenses incidental to the investigation and defense thereof, of whatsoever nature, including intentional acts resulting from or arising out of the activities of Consultant or its subcontractors, sub-consultants, agents or employees in performance of this contract at both trial and appeal level, whether or not a trial or appeal ever takes place including any hearing before federal or state administrative agencies.. If any aspect of this indemnity shall be found to be illegal or invalid for any reason whatsoever, such illegality or invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this indemnification.
CLAIMS FOR OTHER THAN PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY. Architect shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Owner and its colleges and universities for which Services are performed under this Agreement as supplemented or amended, and their officers, agents, trustees, employees and members from and against all claims, suits, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of whatsoever nature resulting from, arising out of, or relating to the activities of the Architect or the Architect’s Consultants, partners, joint ventures, subcontractors, officers, agents or employees acting under or pursuant to this Agreement or any supplement or amendment hereto. Consultant shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Owner and its colleges and universities and any public agencies for which Services are performed under this Agreement as supplemented or amended, and their officers, agents, employees and members from and against all claims, suits, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of whatsoever nature resulting from, arising out of, or relating to the activities of the Consultant or the Consultant’s Consultants, partners, joint venturers, subcontractors, officers, agents or employees acting under or pursuant to this Agreement or any supplement or amendment hereto.
CLAIMS FOR OTHER THAN PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY. Engineer shall defend, save and hold harmless the City of West Linn, its officers, agents, and employees from all claims, suits, or actions and all expenses incidental to the investigation and defense thereof, of whatsoever nature, including intentional acts to the extent resulting from or arising out of the activities of Engineer or its subcontractors, sub-consultants, agents or employees under this contract. If any aspect of this indemnity shall be found to be illegal or invalid for any reason whatsoever, such illegality or invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this indemnification.
