Contract Effective Date and Term. This Contract is effective on the date it has been signed by the Parties and all required State of Oregon approvals have been obtained. No payment shall be made for Services that are performed before: i) the Contract effective date and ii) a notice to proceed (“NTP”) has been issued by Agency. The public improvement project (the “Project”) for which Agency requires Consultant’s Services is described in Exhibit A, Statement of Work and Delivery Schedule. Consultant shall perform its obligations according to this Contract through final completion of the Project, including Project construction, if any, and through completion of post-construction and warranty work, if required for the Project, unless this Contract is terminated or suspended.
