CONSULTANT'S GENERAL OBLIGATIONS. 3.1 The Consultant shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide the Services and Deliverables in accordance with the Key Dates but nothing in this Agreement shall entitle the Customer to terminate this Agreement if the Key Dates are not achieved. 3.2 The Consultant shall use reasonable endeavours to comply with the rules and regulations which are notified to it in accordance with clause 4.
