Common use of Consultant’s Proposal Clause in Contracts

Consultant’s Proposal. This Agreement shall include the Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bids (“Contract Documents”) and the Scope of Service shall include the Consultant’s scope of work or in Consultant’s accepted bid proposal (“Accepted Bid”) shall be incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth herein.
