Consultant’s Proposal. This Agreement shall include the Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bids (“Contract Documents”) and the Scope of Services shall include the Consultant’s scope of work or in Consultant’s accepted bid proposal (“Accepted Bid”). The Accepted Bid is incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth herein. In the event of any inconsistency between the Contract Documents, Accepted Bid, and/or Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
