Consultation for non. contracting out changes The Employer shall provide notice and relevant information to the Union sixty (60) days in advance of an anticipated change which will affect the employment of employees in the bargaining unit. The parties shall meet with respect to the proposed initiative and explore a means whereby the matters arising may be accommodated. The parties shall use their best efforts to achieve the permanent or interim solution which best meets the needs of the proposed initiative.
