Increment Progression. (i) All progression from one classification level to the next is subject to satisfactory performance.
Increment Progression. 15.1 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) shall be determined annually for each position. Such determinations shall reflect the productivity increases necessary to fund the higher salaries provided for in this Agreement. The indicators shall be of two kinds:
Increment Progression. 15.1 The Employer will adopt and implement the Performance Agreement and Development Review policy and procedures for the determination of employee’s progression from the first salary step to the top step within a classification level.
