Common use of Consultation Services Clause in Contracts

Consultation Services. The Company hereby engages the Consultant to perform the following services (the “Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement: The Consultant will consult with the directors, officers and employees of the Company concerning matters relating to the management and organization of the Company, its financial policies, the terms and conditions of employment of the Company’s employees, and generally any matter arising out of the business affairs of the Company.

Consultation Services. The Company hereby engages the Consultant to perform the following services (the “Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement: The Consultant will consult with the directors, officers and employees of the Company concerning matters relating to the management graphic art, internet presence, design work and organization security issues of the Company. The Consultant will directly report to the CEO, its financial policies, the terms and conditions of employment of the Company’s employees, and generally any matter arising out of the business affairs of the CompanyRichard Ham.

Consultation Services. The Company Customer hereby engages the Consultant to perform the following services (the “Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement: The Consultant will consult with the directors, officers and employees of the Company Customer any concerning matters relating to the management and organization of the Company, its financial policies, the terms and conditions of employment of the Company’s employees, and generally any matter arising out of the business affairs of the Company.

The Services will be provided by Theo X.X. Xxxxxxx (“Xxxxxxx”), an employee of Consultant.
