Common use of Consulting Engagement Clause in Contracts

Consulting Engagement. The Company hereby agrees to engage the Consultant and the Consultant hereby accepts an engagement to act as a spokesperson for the Company and endorse the products of the Company, on the terms and subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth in this Consulting Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement").

Consulting Engagement. The Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company hereby agrees to engage engages the Consultant as an Executive Project Consultant to perform the services set forth herein, and the Consultant hereby accepts an engagement to act as a spokesperson for the Company and endorse the products of the Company, on the terms and subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth in this Consulting Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement")such engagement.

The Company hereby agrees to engage the Consultant to render consulting and advisory services in connection with the Company’s business, and the Consultant hereby accepts an engagement to act by the Company as a spokesperson for the Company and endorse the products of the Companyconsultant, on upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth in this Consulting Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement")herein.

Consulting Engagement. The Company hereby agrees to engage the Consultant and the Consultant hereby accepts an engagement to act as a spokesperson for assist with the Company and endorse the products marketing of the Company's products, on the terms and subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth in this Consulting Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement").
