Common use of Consulting Expenses Clause in Contracts

Consulting Expenses. The Executive will be reimbursed for all reasonable business expenses that he incurs at the request of the Company in performing services for the Company during the Consulting Period, subject to substantiating such expenses in accordance with the Company’s reimbursement policies, and to obtaining the prior approval of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Consulting Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive will be reimbursed for all reasonable business expenses that he incurs at the request incurred by Executive in performance of the Company in performing services for Consulting Services, provided, that the Company during the Consulting Period, subject to substantiating general purpose and approximate amount of such expenses are approved in accordance with the Company’s reimbursement policies, and to obtaining the prior approval of advance by the Chief Executive Officer of the Companyor President.

Consulting Expenses. The Executive will be reimbursed for all reasonable business travel and travel-related expenses that he incurs at the request of the Company in performing services for the Company during the Consulting Period, subject to (i) substantiating such expenses in accordance with the Company’s reimbursement policies, and to (ii) obtaining the prior approval of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Consulting Expenses. The Executive will be reimbursed for all reasonable business expenses that he incurs at the request of the Company in performing services for the Company during the Consulting Period, subject to substantiating such expenses in accordance with the Company’s reimbursement policies, and to obtaining the prior approval of the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
