Common use of Consumable Goods Clause in Contracts

Consumable Goods. A. Contractor shall provide supplies or consumable goods or both, including, but not limited to, trash receptacle liners, sanitary napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, hand sanitizer, disinfecting spray, toilet seat liners, plastic liners (several different sizes), urinal enzyme screens with scented blocks, air fresheners, dispensers and batteries for dispensers. Paper consumables must meet the guidelines for minimum recycled content as determined by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The guidelines are located at the following website, as it may be modified from time to time: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/. The Client Agency shall provide consumables for special events and state of emergencies that take place at the Facility. The Client Agency shall store their consumables separate from the Contractor’s supply of consumables.
