Common use of Consumer Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Consumer Guarantees. That this Agreement is entered into solely for your business purposes and therefore, The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to this Agreement and: (a) no warranty, guarantee or other assurance of any kind is given by us to you in respect of the Collateral; and (b) all such warranties, guarantees and assurances (whether claimed to have been made or implied) are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
