Prepaid Subscriptions. Parties may agree that the Customer will order JetBrains IDE Services in accordance with a prepaid Subscription model.
Prepaid Subscriptions. Engage Solutions Ltd. will not provide any refund for any remaining prepaid period for a prepaid Subscription Fee subscription.
Prepaid Subscriptions. CALUMO will not provide any refund for any remaining prepaid period for a prepaid Access Fee subscription.
Prepaid Subscriptions. Customer shall pay the Fees for Prepaid Subscriptions in accordance with the following:
5.3.1. All Fees for a Prepaid Subscription are due and payable in advance in accordance with the payment terms and methods set forth in the Order Form.
5.3.2. JFrog shall, on a monthly basis, draw down from the Fees the applicable Monthly Commitment as well as any Fees for usage of Platform Metrics in excess of the Monthly Commitment.
5.3.3. Unless stated otherwise in an applicable Order Form, Platform Metrics shall be used on a monthly basis based on the Monthly Commitment and not roll over during the Subscription Term or upon renewal of a Subscription.
5.3.4. During the initial thirty (30) days following the earlier of (i) the expiration of the Subscription Term; or (ii) the drawdown of all Fees, Customer shall be invoiced the Monthly Commitment as well as any Fees for usage of Platform Metrics in excess of the Monthly Commitment. Following the initial period of thirty (30) days, Customer shall be invoiced in accordance with JFrog’s current pricing.
Prepaid Subscriptions. E-Business ERP System will not provide any refund for any remaining prepaid period for a prepaid Access Fee subscription.
Prepaid Subscriptions. Grownote will not provide any refund for any remaining prepaid period of a Subscription Fee.
Prepaid Subscriptions. If the Subscription is canceled before the end of any prepaid period, the Services will continue to be available for the Subscriber until the end of that period.
Prepaid Subscriptions. MyClient will not provide any refund for any remaining prepaid period for a prepaid Access Fee subscription.
Prepaid Subscriptions. ProSKU will not provide any refund for any remaining prepaid period for a prepaid Subscription.
Prepaid Subscriptions. Schedule 6.22 is a list, as of the date of the Stub Statement, of the outstanding prepaid subscription payments relating to the Business, the dollar amount of services to be performed, and the type of services to be performed in consideration of such prepayment, all segregated by the year for which the related subscription are to be fulfilled. Netzee shall not, between the Effective Date and the Closing Date, xxxx for or accept prepayment for services that represent more than twelve (12) months of prepayment from any customer or client.
