Consumer Information and Protection. 27 28 Current and prospective students need access to accurate, complete and current 29 information about institutions and their programs. This information is disclosed or 30 publicly reported to fulfill federal “Title IV”and accreditation requirements, and in 31 many cases to an institution’s home state. If an institution does not participate in Title 32 IV, it must provide the information to the designated home-state XXXX entity, as well 33 as post all information that would have been required for Title IV participation on 34 its website.
