CONSUMER PRODUCTS CONTAINING MERCURY. Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Title 21 of Article 27 of the NYS Environmental Conservation Law regarding restrictions on the sale, purchasing, labeling and management of any products containing elemental mercury under this Contract.

CONSUMER PRODUCTS CONTAINING MERCURY. Contractor agrees that it will not sell or distribute fever thermometers containing mercury or any Products containing elemental mercury for any purpose under the Contract.

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Consumer Rights Care has been taken to use plain language and to give clear explanations in these terms and conditions. If any words alone or in combination infringe consumer rights laws or any other provision of law, they shall be treated as severable and shall be replaced with words which give as near the original meaning as may be fair. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects the Parents' statutory rights.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale Packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sale shall, if classified with the good, be disregarded in determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4, and, if the good is subject to a regional value-content requirement, the value of such packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • Food Although food may be served at a program being paid for with grant funds, the food may not be purchased with grant or matching funds.
