Common use of Consumer-Related Data Clause in Contracts

Consumer-Related Data. On and after the Service Commencement Date, Competitive Supplier will maintain consumer- related data in electronic form including utility account number, billing name, billing address, service address historical usage, demand, and ICAP (Installed Capacity) data. Competitive Supplier will make such data available to the Municipality or its agent upon request within forty-five (45) days of the request. A violation of this Article 12.1.2 shall be grounds for termination under Article 5.2(a).
