Content Accuracy. Although the Company takes steps to ensure the accuracy of the Content, including Client profiles, the Company cannot and does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of the Content. Said Content may not be accurate, up to date, complete or untampered, and is not to be relied upon. You should independently verify the truth and accuracy of the Content at first meeting, including the information contained and reviewed in the Prospective Client’s request summary prior to the release of your Client’s contact information.

Content Accuracy. While Elevate Referrals has endeavored to take reasonable and appropriate care in the preparation of the content of the Product and has no reason to believe that any information contained in Product is inaccurate, Elevate Referrals does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of any information contained in any of the Product, including but not limited to any information contained in any referral, and that any such information is error free. To the greatest extent permitted by law Elevate Referrals does not accept liability for any loss or damage which may result either directly or indirectly from reliance by You upon the accuracy or currency of information contained in any of the Product, including without limitation where such loss or damage is a result of or contributed to by the negligence of Elevate Referrals and/or in connection with the content of any referral.

  • Technical Accuracy Owner shall not be responsible for discovering deficiencies in the technical accuracy of Engineer’s services.
