Content of a Telework Agreement. (1) The telework agreement covers the terms and conditions of the telework arrangement. (2) The telework agreement constitutes an agreement by the employee to adhere to the provisions of this Article and Agency policies and procedures that do not conflict with this Article. (3) The telework agreement includes items such as: the voluntary nature of the arrangement; duration of the telework agreement; hours and days of duty at each work location; responsibilities for timekeeping; leave approval and requests for overtime and compensatory time; performance requirements; and proper use and safeguards of government property and records.
