Content of Contractor’s Claim. Contractor’s Claim shall be based upon, and limited to, the actual cost without mark-up to the Contractor of the delay and of probable effect of delay on progress of the Work. In the case of a continuing delay only one (1) claim is necessary. No extension of time shall be granted because of hindrances or delays from any cause which is the fault of Contractor or Contractor's Subcontractors or under Contractor's control.
