Content of Formal Grievance. The formal grievance shall be signed and dated by the grievant or designated CRONA officer and shall contain a brief description of the action or inaction complained of, the Employer management representative, if known, who is believed to have taken the action or failed to act, the date the action occurred or should have occurred, the resolution desired, and the Section or Sections of the Agreement alleged to be involved.
