Schedule Posting. (a) Shift schedules shall be posted 12 weeks in advance.

Employees who are qualified and capable may mutually agree to exchange days, shifts, or hours of work with the approval of their supervisor which shall not be unreasonably denied and provided such change does not result in the payment of overtime. If requested by the employee, the employee may change days, shifts, or hours of work with the approval of his/her supervisor provided such change does not result in the payment of overtime. A voluntary change of shifts under this section results in the payment of overtime only when it places the employee’s hours of work in excess of those permitted by the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Employees not yet assigned to permanent posts after six (6) months must receive fourteen (14) days’ notice. Upon request of the Local Union, the Appointing Authority will provide a list of current staff who are not assigned to a permanent post. Employees who successfully bid or promote to a position are not required to receive a fourteen (14) day notice of the shift change in order to expedite the position filling process. Prior to changing established days off, the Appointing Authority shall discuss the change with the Local Union.
Schedule Posting. Regular work schedules shall be posted by the Sheriff or his/her representative no less than twenty- eight (28) days prior to the first day governed by said schedule. There shall be no exceptions to this unless an emergency arises. Schedule changes shall not be made by the Employer except in emergency situations, within three (3) days of the affected employee’s shift, without that employee’s consent.

Schedules shall be subject to the Employer’s right to modify the work schedule as needed to adequately handle staffing needs in case of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstance.

Schedule Posting. A two year shift schedule showing each team member’s schedule will be posted on an annual basis.
Schedule Posting. Employees shall work the assigned hours directed by their immediate supervisor. Work schedules shall be posted the first of each month and may be revised if College is not in session due to circumstances beyond normal control but not to avoid overtime during the period covered by the schedule. The Employer shall make every effort to schedule Employees on a monthly schedule for the maximum hours possible up to a normal eight (8) hour workday.
Schedule Posting. Schedules shall be posted for four (4) week periods at a time. The posting shall be at least two (2) weeks before the start of the schedule period.
