Content of Purchase Orders. Each Purchase Order shall specify the following items:
(a) purchase Order number;
(b) description and part number of each different Probed Wafer;
(c) forecasted quantity of each different design id;
(d) forecasted unit Price and total forecasted Price for each different design id, and total forecasted Price for all Probed Wafers ordered; and
(e) other terms (if any).
Content of Purchase Orders. Each Purchase Order shall specify the following items:
(a) Purchase Order number;
(b) Description and part number of each Product;
(c) Forecasted quantity of each different Product and the Sharing Interest portion thereof for the calendar month;
(d) Forecasted unit Price and total forecasted Price for each different Product, and total forecasted Price for all Products ordered;
(e) Level of Probe Testing;
(f) Marking specification and packaging requirements;
(g) Requested delivery date;
(h) Place of delivery; and
(i) Other terms (if any).
Content of Purchase Orders. Each Purchase Order shall specify the following regarding the Probed Wafers:
(a) Purchase Order number;
(b) Description and part number for each Probed Wafer;
(c) Ordered quantity of each different product for the period;
(d) Projected Price for period covered by the Purchase Order;
(e) Requested delivery date;
(f) Place of delivery; and
(g) Other terms (if any).
Content of Purchase Orders. Each Purchase Order shall specify the following information:
(a) Purchase Order number;
(b) Quantity of wafer starts by part number, design id, technology node and probe level;
(c) Place of delivery of Probe Wafer output produced in the course of the Manufacturing Services; and
(d) Other terms (if any).
Content of Purchase Orders. Each Purchase Order shall specify the following items:
(a) the Purchase Order number;
(b) the Design ID of each Conforming Wafer, Pre-Qual Wafer and Non-Conforming Wafer;
(c) by Design ID, the forecasted quantity for the Fiscal Month of Conforming Wafers, Pre-Qual Wafers and Non-Conforming Wafers;
(d) the Preliminary Price for each Conforming Wafer, the Preliminary Price for each Pre-Qual Wafer and the Preliminary Price for each Non-Conforming Wafer;
(e) the aggregate Preliminary Price for all Conforming Wafers ordered, the aggregate Preliminary Price for all Pre-Qual Wafers ordered and the aggregate Preliminary Price for all Non-Conforming Wafers ordered;
(f) special instructions for manufacturing Pre-Qual Wafers, if any; and
(g) other terms (if any). Inotera shall not use or disclose the Purchaser Orders, or the contents thereof, received by Inotera in contravention of any Applicable Law.

(h) other terms (if any). The Joint Venture Company will not use or disclose the Purchaser Orders, or the contents thereof, received by the Joint Venture Company in contravention of any Applicable Law.
Content of Purchase Orders. Each Purchase Order shall specify the following items: (a) Purchase Order number; (b) description and part number of each different Probed Wafer; (c) forecasted quantity of Probed Wafers for each different Design ID, and in the case of Pre-Qualified Probed Wafers shipped after [***], Base Run at Risk Probed Wafers and Incremental Run at Risk Probed Wafers, and Qualified Probed Wafers, the forecasted quantity of [***]; (d) the Estimated Price and total Estimated Price for each different Design ID, and total Estimated Price for all Probed Wafers ordered; and (e) other terms (if any) that are mutually agreed in writing by the Parties.

(a) Products to be purchased;
(b) quantities of Wafer lots for each Product;
(c) requested shipment date;
(d) destination and requested carriers, and
(e) confirmation of the price for each Wafer.
