All materials published for Company (including, but not limited to podcasts, news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, as well as trademarks, product names, graphics, logos, slogans, colors and designs (also known as the “Content”) are protected by U.S. and international trademark, copyright and other applicable laws. Content is owned or controlled by Company or the party credited as the provider of the Content. You shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through Company Services.
