Common use of Content Protection Requirements Clause in Contracts

Content Protection Requirements. With respect to the distribution of each Early Window Title pursuant to the terms of this Amendment #2, Licensee shall, at Licensee’s cost, unless otherwise specified herein, comply at all times with the Content Protection Requirements and Obligations set forth in Attachment A of the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment #2.

Content Protection Requirements. With respect to the distribution of each Early Window Title pursuant to the terms of this Amendment #2, Licensee shall, at Licensee’s cost, unless otherwise specified herein, comply at all times with the Early Window Content Protection Requirements set forth on the attached Exhibit 2 in addition to the Content Protection Requirements and Obligations set forth in Attachment A Schedule B-1 of the Original Agreement, as amended by this Amendment #2.
