Common use of Content Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Content Restrictions. Exhibitor agrees not to show, display, broadcast, or otherwise publish or disseminate any objectionable materials, sounds, odors, or images, as adjudged by contemporary prevailing social mores. Show Management retains the right but not the duty to restrict and/or evict exhibits that are in its opinion objectionable for any reason, including but not limited to exhibits which include: danger; noise; flashing lights; safety; detractions from the general character of the show; violations of this Contract; food products other than candy. Under no circumstances shall Show Management be responsible for any costs or damages claimed to be incurred due to the violation by Exhibitor of these Content Restrictions.
