Client Reporting. PROVIDER shall submit monthly client registration and/or client service participation reports in a format provided by COUNTY. Reports for January through November are due on the tenth of the following month. The December report is due no later than January 5.
Client Reporting. In addition to any other audit rights provided for in this Master Agreement, upon reasonable notice of not less than thirty (30) days, and not more than once per contract year, Client agrees to create and provide to TRITAN and its auditors a certificate that Client's use of the Software is, upon knowledge and belief, substantially in compliance with the terms of this Master Agreement and any applicable Orders.

Client Reporting. The County shall maintain such records, reports, evaluations, or other documents that are specified as needed by the Department for monitoring and auditing. Maintenance of such records, irrespective of the reporting requirements, is subject to the Financial Management Manual provisions allowing destruction of records. The County shall furnish such reports and documents to the Department in the format and according to the schedules as the Department requires. These reports must be in compliance with Department reporting instructions. The Department shall evaluate and monitor compliance with the reporting instructions.

Once posted on the platform, each client will receive an email notification of the availability of the report on the platform and its nature.
