Client Reporting. PROVIDER shall submit monthly client registration and/or client service participation reports in a format provided by COUNTY. Reports for January through November are due on the tenth of the following month. The December report is due no later than January 5.
Client Reporting. In addition to any other audit rights provided for in this Master Agreement, upon reasonable notice of not less than thirty (30) days, and not more than once per contract year, Client agrees to create and provide to TRITAN and its auditors a certificate that Client's use of the Software is, upon knowledge and belief, substantially in compliance with the terms of this Master Agreement and any applicable Orders.

Client Reporting. Loaves and Fishes shall provide a monthly report to XXX denoting the number of people served at the homeless facility or other relevant information as the County may require in a fashion mutually acceptable to the County and Loaves and Fishes for the duration of this Agreement. Loaves and Fishes may use the report provided in Exhibit B or substitute a similar report.

8.1 GAM will supply the Client with contract note, confirmation, receipt, statement of account or report collectively, the "Documents") in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. The Client (confirms that GAM may, in its absolute discretion, issue Documents in electronic form and the Client agrees to receive them by electronic means. Client Reporting. 5.15.1. Where the Company carries out an Order for the Client, it shall promptly provide the Client with a summary of the execution of the Order and (unless the confirmation would contain the same information as a confirmation that is to be promptly dispatched to the Client by another person, i.e. by a third party entity in which the Company maintains brokerage accounts, all in accordance with the list included in the Company’s Order Execution Policy [a link to be inserted herein so that for the Client to be redirected to the CIF’s Order Execution Policy] ) send a trade confirmation notice no later than the first business day following that execution or where the Company receives confirmation from a third party or broker, no later than the first business day following the receipt of the confirmation in each case. The Client is entitled to request at any time information about the status of an Order. Such confirmation will include the information provided in the applicable legislative requirements, including the following information/details which is common to all Orders:

(b) Trading Date
(c) Type of the Order
(d) Instrument Identification
(e) The Buy/Sell Indicator
(f) Nature of the Order if other than buy/sell
(g) The total consideration
5.15.2. Confirmations will be distributed by electronic mail to the email address on record for the Client. It is responsibility of the Client to inform the Company of any change to the Client’s email address or non-receipt of a confirmation. Confirmations shall, in the absence of manifest error,
5.15.3. The Company will, depending on the transaction and on whether there is such an obligation under the applicable legislative requirements, report the transactions to the competent authority as provided by the applicable legislation, as quickly as possible, and no later than the close of the following business day.
5.15.4. The Company will provide the Client on a monthly basis with an analytical statement about the transactions effected within the reported period not later than 10 (ten) business days after every reported period end.
5.15.5. The Company will publish annually the information required in regard to Execution Venues, as required by the applicable legislation, in a machine-readable electronic format, available for downloading by the Client, on the Company’s website at xxxxx://xxxx-xxxxxxx.xxx/.

Client Reporting. The County shall maintain such records, reports, evaluations, or other documents that are specified as needed by the Department for monitoring and auditing. Maintenance of such records, irrespective of the reporting requirements, is subject to the Financial Management Manual provisions allowing destruction of records. The County shall furnish such reports and documents to the Department in the format and according to the schedules as the Department requires. These reports must be in compliance with Department reporting instructions. The Department shall evaluate and monitor compliance with the reporting instructions.
